Approximately 80 million Brazilians, or 37% of the population, suffer from chronic pain, including musculoskeletal pain, which accounts for 20% of disability worldwide. One in three people require rehabilitation, resulting in significant costs for corporate health plans. With the rise of remote working, there has been a 270% increase in workers' compensation claims related to poor ergonomic conditions, highlighting the importance of a healthy work environment, even in the context of a home office, to prevent chronic work-related pain and promote employee well-being.

With LinkFit, Carla Moussalli has created a platform for chronic pain telemonitoring that enables remote training and physical therapy sessions with the quality and safety of in-person care. In addition, the platform makes it possible to monitor the effectiveness and progress of recommended treatments. Artificial Intelligence for Movement Correction specializes in musculoskeletal care and is able to assess and correct the execution of movements prescribed in therapeutic protocols in real time. From prevention to acute and chronic conditions, including post-surgery, the idea is that all musculoskeletal conditions are monitored and properly measured to ensure the best possible clinical outcome.

Carla holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a post-graduate degree in Innovation and Health. With more than 10 years of corporate experience, she turned to the world of entrepreneurship with a people and process-oriented vision, becoming one of the organizers of SW and a mentor to early-stage startups. Passionate about health and innovation, Carla has taken initiatives in the sector to make health more accessible and democratic for all.
