Innovators Under 35 Peru
For the third time, MIT Technology Review organizes in Peru the Innovators Under 35 Awards; the most important recognition for young innovators at the vanguard of technology in the world. Five young peruvians have been selected for their talent, creativity, leadership and compromise. Two of them have received the special mentions: Social Innovator and Innovator of the Year.

The Ceremony Award took place on September 2nd at in the Auditorium of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Perú. Two important international entrepreneurs took part of the event: Alberto Levy, Innovation Evangelist; and Natalie Campbell, Social Entrepreneur.
Among the five winners, two received an additional recognition:
Renato Salas named Innovator of the Year for his software that recreates environments in mixed reality and in real-time, and Mariana Costa recognized as Social Innovator for creating a social enterprise that trains young people with limited resources to become experts in web design.
